Ticket Policy

1. Purpose

This Ticket Policy explains how Tickets are distributed, used, and managed on the Triple Sevens Platform, operated by JC Marketing Solutions LLC (“Triple Sevens,” “we,” or “our”).
Tickets are promotional credits used for entertainment purposes only. They do not hold monetary value and cannot be purchased directly. The collective ticket system and related features described herein are referred to as the “Ticket Promotional Program.”


2. Definition of Tickets

  • Tickets are promotional, non-monetary credits used to play Arena Maximus and other chance-based promotional games.

  • Tickets may yield Token rewards or no reward depending on game outcome.

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or redeemed for prizes.

  • Tickets do not constitute sweepstakes entries or consideration for sweepstakes participation.

  • All Ticket activity is governed by this policy and the Triple Sevens Terms and Conditions.


3. Authorized Ways to Obtain Tickets

Tickets can only be obtained through official promotional methods listed below.
Any Ticket obtained by unauthorized or automated means will be deemed invalid, and any resulting Tokens, Sweepstakes Entries, or rewards will be forfeited.

3.1 Free Paths (Promotional Ticket Opportunities)

Free Paths are no-purchase-required promotional events that allow eligible members to claim free Tickets under time-limited conditions.
Each Free Path is limited to one claim per member unless otherwise stated.

(a) Ticket Tuesday

  • Runs every Tuesday (12:00 a.m. – 11:59 p.m. EST).

  • Any verified member may claim one free Ticket.

  • Available once per Tuesday per member.

  • No purchase necessary.

b) Secret Ticket Hour

  • Occurs daily Wednesday through Monday (excluding Tuesdays).

  • Each day, one random hour is selected for a free Ticket claim event.

  • Members must check the Platform to discover the active hour; it is visible only while active.

  • Only one Ticket per member may be claimed during that day’s event.

  • No purchase necessary.

(c) Hourly Ticket Claim

  • Runs at the top of each hour daily (e.g., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., etc.).

  • A limited number of Tickets are available each hour while supplies last.

  • Each member may claim one Ticket per hour.

  • When the hourly limit is reached, members must wait for the next hour.

  • No purchase necessary.

All Free Path promotions are time-limited and subject to change, suspension, or discontinuation at Triple Sevens’ discretion.


3.2 Promotional Awards with Purchases

While Tickets are never sold, they may be awarded as a promotional bonus with qualifying Token purchases.

(a) Standard Reward

  • For every $25 in Token purchases per order, members earn 1 Ticket.

  • Order total must meet or exceed $25 (e.g., $25, $50, $75, etc.).

  • A maximum of 10 Tickets may be awarded per order.

(b) Sunday Ticket Promotion

  • Each Sunday, members earn 1 Ticket for every $10 in Token purchases totaling $10 or more per order.

  • A maximum of 10 Tickets may be awarded per order.

  • This promotion may change or revert to the Standard Reward model at any time.

(c) General Conditions

  • Tickets awarded with purchases are considered promotional incentives only.

  • No portion of any purchase price is assigned to the value of a Ticket.

  • Triple Sevens may modify, suspend, or discontinue these promotional offers without prior notice.


4. Ticket Usage

  • Tickets are valid only for use within Arena Maximus or other designated promotional games.

  • All gameplay results are final and determined by chance.

  • Tickets cannot directly generate Sweepstakes Entries or Premium Access.

  • Odds of winning Token rewards remain fixed and equal for all users.

  • Any Token or Ticket rewards gained via misuse or system manipulation may be revoked.


5. Validity and Expiration

  • Tickets do not expire once earned but may be voided if unused for two (2) consecutive months.

  • Tickets obtained through unauthorized systems, automation, or fraudulent means are void.

  • Tickets obtained via a system glitch or exploit are invalid, and any Tokens or Sweepstakes Entries derived from such Tickets are also invalid.

  • No prizes or winnings of any type will be awarded for gameplay involving invalid Tickets or Tokens.

Triple Sevens reserves the right to:

  • Recover Tokens awarded through invalid Tickets, including by applying a negative Token balance to correct the account; and

  • Remove Tickets from accounts involved in Terms violations or system abuse.

RRedeems.com (the sweepstakes redemption platform for Sweepstakes Platforms) verifies all sweepstakes entries and their origin.
RRedeems.com will not honor any Sweepstakes Winnings obtained through invalid Tokens or Tickets.


6. Promotional Nature

  • Tickets exist solely as a marketing and engagement tool to reward participation on the Platform.

  • Participation in Ticket promotions is voluntary and subject to availability.

  • No purchase is necessary to obtain Tickets through Free Paths.

  • The Ticket Promotional Program is not a game of chance, contest, or sweepstakes in itself.


7. Ticket Promotional Program

The Ticket Promotional Program encompasses all systems, activities, and games requiring, using, or distributing Tickets.
Triple Sevens may modify, suspend, or discontinue the entire Ticket Promotional Program at any time.
If discontinued, all outstanding Tickets will be forfeited, and no compensation, replacement, or damages shall be due to any user or member.


8. Policy Changes

Triple Sevens may update, modify, or discontinue this Ticket Policy at any time.
Continued participation in any Ticket-based activity following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
