Refund Policy

Digital Tokens
All authorized Token purchases are final. Tokens are a digital good and are non-refundable once used, played with, or otherwise consumed on the Platform.
For Tokens that have not been used or played with, a refund request may be submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. The 30-day window is provided to allow eligible refund requests to be reviewed and processed in accordance with payment processor requirements.
Any refund, if approved, will apply only to unused Tokens, will be issued to the original method of payment, and may be subject to verification of account activity and system logs.
If you believe an error occurred with your order (including, but not limited to, duplicate charges or technical malfunction), or in limited abnormal circumstances, JC Marketing Solutions LLC may, at its sole discretion, review the matter and determine whether a correction or refund is appropriate.
Refund requests may be denied if account activity indicates use, partial use, abuse, manipulation, or attempts to circumvent Platform systems or policies.
No refunds are guaranteed. All refund determinations are made on a case-by-case basis, and JC Marketing Solutions LLC reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
Digital Tickets
Tickets are a promotional product only and have no monetary value, no cash value, and no equivalent value outside the Triple Sevens’ Platform.
Tickets cannot be purchased, transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash, and therefore are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance.
Digital Badges
Badge purchases are final and non-refundable once activated.
As a courtesy, a Badge may be exchanged for Tokens within one (1) hour of badge activation, provided the Badge has not been materially used or consumed during that time.
The number of Tokens issued in an exchange will be calculated based on the amount paid for the Badge activation and the number of Tokens that could have been purchased at the time of activation for an equivalent amount, excluding any bonuses, discounts, promotions, or time-limited offers.
After the one-hour exchange window expires, no refunds, exchanges, or conversions will be permitted.
