Digital Tokens

You can request a refund for a digital order of Tokens within 30 days of your purchase, as long as you have not played your Tokens.

Return requests for digital products can be submitted by contacting Player Support via the live chat located on the Triple Sevens Website or by emailing playersupport@triplesevens.com.

Physical Merchandise

Physical Merchandise from our store purchases can be returned if in new condition within 30 days of receiving the shipping. Returned shipping is paid for by the purchaser.

We FORBID returns on physical merchandise that you obtained for free or purchased with a major discount (50% or more).
