🛡️ Triple Sevens Badge Policy

This Badge Policy (“Badge Policy”) governs the availability, activation, and use of badges (“Badges”) on the Triple Sevens Platform, operated by JC Marketing Solutions LLC (“Triple Sevens,” “we,” or “our”).

The collective badge perk system and related features described herein are referred to as the “Badge Perk Program.”

This Badge Policy is incorporated by reference into the Triple Sevens Terms & Conditions and the Ticket Policy.

By obtaining, activating, or using any Badge, you agree to this Badge Policy in addition to all applicable Platform policies.

1. Free Paths — How to Earn Badges Without Purchase

Badges are promotional perks that can always be earned freely through gameplay milestones, login activity, or the free Daily Badge Wheel.
No purchase is ever required to obtain or activate a Badge.

Badges are temporary promotional items and are not permanent. Each Badge’s duration is determined by different factors such as how it is obtained, badge type and more. Free paths may award differently depending on the Badge and the method used to obtain it. All Badges expire automatically when their stated duration ends. Different Badge durations may also be available for purchase, but every Badge remains obtainable through at least one free path.

The Duration Rewarded is subject to change at any time. For free paths, the awarded duration begins immediately once the Badge is received and runs consecutively until the time period ends.
Time continues to elapse whether or not the member is logged in or actively playing on TripleSevens.com. When the duration completes, the Badge expires automatically, and any unused promotional benefits are forfeited.

2. What Each Badge Does

Badges are temporary reward modifiers that enhance how many promotional tickets a member can earn or receive within Arena Maximus games.
They never alter the odds or probability of game outcomes.

🐴 Golden Horseshoe
• Doubles (2×) the number of promotional ticket rewards earned in Arena Maximus while active. (This would apply to active Hourly Ticket Claim, active Ticket Tuesday claim, active Secret Ticket Hour claim, etc.)
• Does NOT apply to tickets given back as second chance in Arena Maximus. (E.g. Golden Horseshoe Badge will not be applied to a Ticket given back in Unclaimed Heirlooms game.)
• Does NOT award 2x tickets gained from other activated badges. (E.g. Lose Streak Ticket for Shield of Mercy, Win Streak Tickets for Blade of Glory, Login tickets for Seal of Devotion)
• Active for the posted promotional duration.
• Temporarily overrides standard ticket award limits in the Ticket Policy (hourly or per-order caps), up to a maximum multiplier of 2×.
• Does NOT change game odds.

💎 Seal of Devotion
• Grants one (1) promotional ticket every 24 hours while active.
• Active for the posted promotional duration.
• May increase total daily promotional ticket availability but does not alter odds or Ticket Policy conditions.

🛡️ Shield of Mercy
• Grants one (1) promotional ticket after three (3) consecutive Arena Maximus losses while active.
• Active for the posted promotional duration.
• Offers a consolation ticket to encourage continued play.
• May temporarily add extra ticket opportunities beyond Ticket Policy limits, but never affects odds.

⚔️ Blade of Glory
• Grants three (3) promotional tickets after three (3) consecutive Arena Maximus wins while active.
• Active for the posted promotional duration.
• May increase total promotional ticket rewards for players on winning streaks.
• Does not alter odds or sweepstakes separation.

3. Badge Activation & Duration

• Gameplay Triggers: Some badges activate automatically after defined win or loss streaks.
• Login Milestones: Other badges activate after reaching login or gameplay activity goals.
• Daily Badge Wheel: See 5. Daily Badge Wheel for complete terms.
• Duration: Badges remain active only for the posted duration (e.g., 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days).
• Expired badges automatically deactivate, and any unused benefits are forfeited.

4. Optional Badge Purchases

Badges may also be offered for optional purchase through the Platform store.

• A purchased Badge grants its specific effect (as listed above) for its active duration.
• Purchasing a Badge does not purchase tickets.
• Tickets granted by a Badge are promotional rewards, not items for sale.
• Every purchasable Badge is also available through at least one free path listed above.

The Duration Rewarded for purchased Badges is subject to change at any time.
For purchased Badges, the duration begins immediately upon successful activation or confirmation of the purchase and runs consecutively until the time period ends.
Time continues to elapse whether or not the member is logged in or actively playing on TripleSevens.com.
When the duration completes, the Badge expires automatically, and any remaining or unused promotional benefits are forfeited.

5. Daily Badge Wheel

• Daily Badge Wheel is called Spin of Royalty.
• Every member may spin the free Daily Badge Wheel once per day for a chance to earn a Badge, a promotional ticket, or no reward.
• If a Badge is already active, the Wheel may extend that Badge’s duration (e.g., by up to 12 hours) instead of granting a duplicate.
• Duration Rewarded per Badge is subject to change at any time.
• No prize is guaranteed.
• Any technical error or misuse affecting the Daily Badge Wheel may result in forfeiture or deactivation of an affected Badge.

6. Expiration, Limits, and Adjustments

• Badges automatically expire at the end of their stated duration.
• Purchased Badges may extend or continue current active Badges based on the duration purchased (e.g., adding 24 hours to the current expiration time).
• Unused benefits or pending rewards from expired badges are forfeited.
• Triple Sevens may adjust, limit, or discontinue badge availability, requirements, or effects at any time.
• When a Badge temporarily increases ticket reward limits (e.g., Golden Horseshoe), that Badge’s rule supersedes the Ticket Policy’s per-member amount or per-order amount only for the duration of the Badge.
• The Ticket Policy remains in effect in all other respects, including validity, expiration, and sweepstakes separation.

7. Compliance Statement

• Badges are promotional perks only.
• Odds of all Arena Maximus games remain fixed and equal for all players.
• No purchase is required to obtain or activate Badges, Tickets, or Tokens.
• Free earning paths are always available, subject to daily caps and eligibility.
• Triple Sevens may modify, suspend, or discontinue the entire Badge Perk Program at any time.
• If discontinued, all remaining Badge durations will be forfeited, and no compensation, replacement, or damages shall be due to any user or member.
• Void where prohibited.
